The City of Cornelia is committed to helping eligible homeowners maintain safe, welcoming, and well-cared-for homes. This volunteer-based program provides assistance with minor exterior improvements such as yard cleanup, pressure washing, landscaping, painting, accessibility improvements, and other small projects.
