Cornelia is the economic hub for HabershamĀ county, a growing county that is affluent (tier 3 community) with populations of 43,000. The department is active in the recruitment process of Commercial Business to Cornelia, specifically major retailers and restaurants. Cornelia has a lot of commercial property that hasĀ fullĀ infrastructure ready for development along our commercial corridor, which enjoys traffic counts of 28,000 ADT.
