**INTENT TO OPT OUT OF HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION**
The City of Cornelia intends to opt out of the statewide adjusted base year ad valorem homestead exemption. All concerned citizens are invited to attend a public hearing regarding this matter, which will be held at the Cornelia City Courtroom, located at 181 Larkin Street, Cornelia, GA, on Tuesday, January 7th, at 6 PM.
