City Parks

The City of Cornelia is extremely lucky to have 8 parks within the City. Whether you like playing volleyball at Library Park, playing tennis at Big City, basketball at Jim Smith Park (MLK) or just walking enjoying nature, there is something for everyone! Our newest parks are the Splash Pad and Club Canine near the City Park.

Donald Anderson City Park and Amphitheater

The new Donald Anderson City Park and Amphitheater, located in downtown Cornelia, is a public gathering space and concert venue. It also provides a walking path, restrooms, and the Splashpad to accommodate residents during our scorching summers. Come enjoy the refreshing cool water and visit our local shops in downtown Cornelia!

Cornelia City Park is often referred to as “Big City Park”.
