Andrew Pilgrim was employed with the City of Cornelia at the Water Pollution Control Plant on March 28, 2005 and later promoted to Plant Manager in August of 2006. He holds a Class 1 Wastewater and a Class 2 Water License. Andrew has been in the wastewater/water field for 24 years. He also serves as the Pretreatment Program Coordinator and Fog Coordinator for the City of Cornelia.
