All requests to be on the Agenda must be signed and turned into City Hall no later than the 4:00 PM on the last Wednesday of the month preceding the Commission Meeting concerned. All Agenda items must relate to City Business and the applicant must make the relationship clear. The submission of this request form does not guarantee the applicant will appear on the Agenda. The content of each Meeting’s Agenda is the sole discretion of the Mayor / City Manager.
